GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. Announces Change to 2012 First Quarter Earnings Reporting Schedule

BEDMINSTER, N.J., May 4, 2012 - GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: GCAP), a global provider of online trading services, announces a change to its planned earnings release schedule. The company now plans to announce its 2012 first quarter results on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 after the market closes. A conference call to discuss GAIN Capital's financial and operating results will be held that day at 4:15 p.m. ET. This change is being made to address a scheduling conflict.
