Local Firm Staffs Up to Increase "Service By Design" in National Markets

The announcement follows a streak of project wins for all three locations including their Washington, DC Headquarters and WorkSpaces' Baltimore and New York City offices.  The firm's major project wins in retail, nonprofit, media & communications, hospitality and government markets created a steady need for new employees with experience and backgrounds in marketing, business development and corporate expansion.

Kerry Gabler  | Director, Business Development - Commercial Real Estate
Kerry Gabler has spent the past 15 years building relationships across the DC, MD and VA markets.   With broad business development experience spanning commercial real estate, technology and the pharmaceutical sectors, she has developed a client portfolio ranging from Non-Profits to Fortune 500 companies.  Kerry's success is based on unwavering client and strategic partner advocacy and her conviction that WorkSpaces offers the industry's best and brightest.

Heather Davis  | Chief Marketing Officer
Heather Davis brings over 11 years of success in design, brand management and strategic communication expertise to her role at WorkSpaces.  Prior to joining the firm, she spearheaded the rebrand and marketing transformation for one of the country's largest furniture dealerships.  Heather works with Tom McGuire in overseeing WorkSpaces' brand positioning and is responsible for leading the firm's marketing team while developing the firm's marketing, branding and communications strategic vision.  She received her M.A. from The Corcoran College of Art + Design and her B.A. from Bryn Mawr College. 

Mindy Williams | Principal, Business Development
Mindy Williams-McElearney brings over 19 years of experience working in partnership with the real estate, design and construction community in New York City and has worked with many of the Fortune 500 companies.  She is involved in several local industry organizations, currently serving on the Executive Board of CoreNet as the Secretary and Chair of the Administration Committee, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for IFMA as Chair of the Awards Dinner.  Prior to joining WorkSpaces, she was an played a key role in the success of IA Interior Architect's New York office sourcing projects including as WilmerHale, Univision, Transatlantic Reinsurance, WPP and Endurance Specialty Holdings. 

Kim McMurray  | Director, Planning & Expansion
Kim McMurray brings over 10 years of success in achieving brand recognition, multimillion-dollar sales, and profitability for high-end products throughout the Americas, Asia, Middle East, and Europe.  Prior to joining Workspaces, she played a key role in the startup and development of Tai Ping's global marketing department, a luxury leader in the international custom carpet industry.  Kim will be working directly with Tom McGuire to launch future offices and to expand Workspaces into new markets throughout North America and Europe. Kim has lived and worked in Paris and Hong Kong and will be based out of WorkSpaces' New York City office.
