CARTAGENA, Colombia (Reuters) - Division over U.S. hostility towards Communist-run Cuba prevented heads of state at the Summit of the Americas from reaching consensus for a final joint declaration, host and Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos said on Sunday.
Santos was speaking at the end of the two-day meeting that drew more than 30 heads of state including U.S. President Barack Obama.
