BRIEF: For the nine months ended 30 September 2009, Huntsman Corporation's revenues decreased 31% to $5.67B. Net income from cont. ops. before extraordinary items totaled $42M, up from $10M. Revenues reflect a decrease in related party sales and lower sales from Advanced Materials segments. Net income was offset by a lower selling, general & administrative expenses, a decrease in research & development expense and lower interest expense, net.
