J&J shares rise, to cut jobs in restructuring

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shares of Johnson & Johnson (JNJ.N) rose 1.7 percent to $60.50 in premarket trading on Tuesday, after the company said it would cut 6 percent to 7 percent of its work force in a restructuring.
