BERLIN (Reuters) - German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble echoed Angela Merkel's pledge that Europe would have no common euro bonds in her lifetime, saying on Friday they wouldn't happen as long as he lived either unless other radical reforms occurred first.
