ACG New York and The M&A Advisor revealed the winners in 35 different categories for the 2nd Annual ACG New York Champion’s Awards at a sold-out gala dinner at Sotheby’s New York. MedCap Advisors was recognized as a winner for Healthcare/Life Sciences Deal of the Year for its landmark transaction between CONMED (NASDAQ:CNMD) Corporation and the Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation (MTF), a nonprofit organization and the world’s largest tissue bank.
