EUGENE, Oregon, June 24 (Reuters) - The toss of a coin or a head-to-head sprint could decide whether Allyson Felix or Jeneba Tarmoh represents the United States in the women's 100 meters at the London Olympics, U.S. athletics officials said on Sunday.
