LOGRONO, Spain (Reuters) - Up-and-coming German sprinter John Degenkolb claimed his second stage of the Vuelta a Espana on Wednesday when he outpowered Italian Daniele Bennati and Belgium's Gianni Meersman in a mass charge for the line.
