Gyrodyne, LLC owns and manages a diversified portfolio of real estate properties. The Company's properties include office, industrial and service-oriented properties primarily in the New York metropolitan area. The Company owns approximately 68 acre site, which is located approximately 50 miles east of New York City on the north shore of Long Island, and which includes industrial and office buildings, as well as undeveloped property. In addition, the Company owns medical office buildings in Port Jefferson Station, New York; Cortlandt Manor, New York, and Fairfax, Virginia. In addition, the technical support that the Company provides to all its medical office properties includes an Internet-driven Landport Property Management System. This system enables tenants to submit maintenance requests around the clock, through a Web site, which notifies the property managers and the preferred service vendor.
