TV AND WEB RESTRICTIONS~**NONE A cheerful President Hugo Chavez arrives in Venezuela after a second round of chemotherapy in Cuba. State television shows the socialist leader as he walks off his plane hand in hand with his daughter. The 57-year-old former solder stunned the nation in June when he announced he had cancer, raising doubts about his ability to run in elections next year. But despite the diagnosis, Chavez jokes about singing his way through treatment. (SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) VENEZUELAN PRESIDENT HUGO CHAVEZ SAYING: ""The chemo is all day long. It's something like eight continuous hours of the pump. I enjoy it. I sing 'here comes the pump'. I sing it and dance it." Chavez has flown to the communist-led island twice for cancer treatment monitored by his friend and mentor Fidel Castro. Doctors there removed a baseball-sized tumor in June. Chavez has not told Venezuelans what type of cancer he has. Katharine Jackson, Reuters.
