U.S. Vice President Joe Biden arrived in Mongolia on Monday (August 22) on the second leg of his Asia tour, where he is expected to praise the country on its democratic development. Biden attended a welcome ceremony hosted by Prime Minister Sukhbaatar Batbold in the capital Ulan Bator and the two then held an official meeting. Biden is expected to depart for Japan later in the day.
