(ROUGH CUT ONLY - NO REPORTER NARRATION) Jeffrey Feltman, a senior U.S. State Department official, met Libya's new interim leader Mustafa Abdel Jalil in the capital Tripoli on Wednesday. The visit by the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs was the first by an official of the Obama administration since Gaddafi fell last month. NTC forces now control the vast majority of the country, but are struggling to take control of the last few towns still under the control of Gaddafi loyalists.
