Oct. 20 - Belgium's Countess of Lannoy marries Luxembourg's Crown Prince Guillaume with European royalty on hand for the ceremony. Jessica Gray reports.
Belgian Countess Stephanie de Lannoy smiles at the crowd before entering the Cathedral of Our Lady of Luxembourg church. On Saturday, she and Crown Prince Guillaume married in a religious ceremony in the heart of the tiny European country. Many of the guests had royal ties of their own, including the prince and princess of Spain's Asturias region. England's Prince Edward and Countess Sophie were also there. Crowds gathered in Luxembourg to watch the arrivals on a big screen, freely offering their own commentary on Countess Stephanie's wedding gown. (SOUNDBITE) (English) ONLOOKER, SHANEY DONOVAN , SAYING: "Yeah it is magnificent. It looks very traditional and classic, a little bit like Princess Grace maybe, but more ivory. Yeah beautiful." The festivities were set to finish in the evening with a big fireworks display.
