Five people died when this aircraft overshot the runway in eastern Ukraine. Forty-five passengers were onboard when the plane attempted an emergency landing at Donetsk airport on Wednesday (February 13). Twelve of them were injured. Witnesses said the aircraft overturned and broke up in heavy fog. Most of those onboard were football fans, heading to watch a Champions League game. A minute of silence for the victims was held at the match. There was no immediate word on why the crew were attempting the emergency landing.
