SOUNDBITE: White House Spokesman Jay Carney saying (English): "I guess nothing rhymes with Treasury. Because Treasury offers and gives licenses for travel, as you know, and the White House has nothing to do with it." Jay- Z had responded to the uproar around the trip by releasing a song called "Open Letter," which address the incident. The lyrics includes lines "Obama said chill, 'You gonna' get me impeached" and "Wanna give me jail time and a fine, fine, let me commit a real crime."
