(SOUNDBITE) (English) JOHN DELK, NATHANIEL RICHARDSON'S ATTORNEY SAYING: "There's still a lot of work for us to do. We need to not just establish that he wasn't the primary person but that he wasn't involved. We continue to cooperate with the FBI and Federal Authorities to make that as clear as possible to them." The letters made threatening references to the debate over gun control. One letter read in part- you'll have to kill me and my family before you get my guns. Richardson, who's played minor roles on TV programs including The Walking Dead, faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
