Businessman Kelvin Hugo released white doves on Tuesday to thank the former president for his contribution to the democratic South Africa. (SOUNDBITE) (English) PRETORIA BUSINESSMAN, KELVIN HUGO, RELEASING DOVES AND SAYING: "This represents what Mr. Nelson Mandela has done for the country. He's been set free by the apartheid government approximately - how many years ago. But it goes further than that. Since he has been set free, he has actually set the nation free." Mandela's health deteriorated this weekend, two weeks after being admitted in a serious but stable condition with a lung infection to the Mediclinic Heart Hospital in Pretoria.
