TV AND WEB RESTRICTIONS~**NO ACCESS CHINA **~ The trial of disgraced Chinese politician Bo Xilai could begin as early as this week, according to an inside source speaking on condition of anonymity. The 63-year-old former Chongqing Party chief is likely to be tried on charges of bribery, embezzlement and abuse of power. Bo - once a contender for the country's top leadership positions - was ousted from his post last year following the murder of a British businessman for which his wife was convicted. His trial is expected to take place in Jinan city. This Jinan resident says Bo deserves to be tried, and should receive a harsh punishment as an example to other officials. The case is the one of the most sensational in Chinese domestic politics for decades, and is being closely watched for signs of openness in the country's new leadership.
