ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION STORY: Lon Snowden, the father of National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden, says that the NSA's vast domestic and international surveillance programs must be fully investigated. His son, a former defense contractor who is in Russia with a temporary asylum visa, revealed in June details of the spying programs to the Guardian newspaper and has been on the run ever since. The asylum has become a sore spot in U.S.-Russia relations, even causing President Barack Obama to cancel an upcoming meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
