Aug. 15 - Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston admits the stripping scene in her new comedy movie 'We're The Millers' was tough to film, while co-star Jason Sudeikis says the racy scenes 'can't hurt' the film's box office takings. Edward Baran reports.
It's a new kind of role for 44-year-old Jennifer Aniston. The former Friends star plays a stripper in new comedy 'We're The Millers'. And at the London premiere she said the movie's raciest scene was a tough one to film. SOUNDBITE, Jennifer Aniston actress, saying (English): "It was daunting yes but we got through it. After about an hour of being there it was fine." The film tells the story of a small-time pot dealer, played by Jason Sudeikis, who tries to clear a debt by smuggling drugs over the Mexican border. Needing a cover story, he forms a perfect all-American family to take on a road trip. In the movie Sudeikis ropes in Aniston's cynical stripper Rose to act as his wife And at one stage she has to strip for her survival. SOUNDBITE, Jason Sudeikis, actor, saying (English): "Do you think that'll help the box office appeal?" "It can't hurt (laughs)." Reporter: "Was it tough work being involved in those stripping scenes with Jennifer?" "I think you know the answer to that. I think you're leading the witness. No, no. Actually I don't even get to watch most of it, the most I got to see was at the premiere in New York, tonight will be the second time. Reporter: "You were just doing reaction shots?" "That's all. I am just watching two tennis balls." We're The Millers is released in cinemas in the UK on August 23.
