U.S. service members deliver aid and transport victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. Troops with the 3rd Marine Expeditionary Brigade assisted the Philippine Armed forces to help relocate victims displaced by the super typhoon. Here, civilians board a U.S. cargo plane at Tacloban Air Base en route to Manila. Local officials have said Tacloban city was hardest hit -and the death toll totaled about 10,000 people. But, controversy emerged around the death toll - after the country's President Benigno Aquino said the death toll was between 2,000 and 2,500 people.
