ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. Vice President Joe Biden toured the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Michigan Thursday. He addressed a group of auto experts, and talked about the industry's come-back since the federal bailout of 2009. "We, and the American people, placed a bet on all of you sitting in front of me. We bet on American ingenuity. We bet on you, and we won," Biden said. Biden, who describes himself as a "car guy," took a look at the Corvette Sting Ray and the Z-0-6 Corvette with the CEO of General Motors, Mary Barra.
