ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) President Obama and French President Francois Hollande have officially begun talks at the White House on Tuesday. The two leaders will discuss topics such as Iran, Syria, and a U.S.-European Union trade deal. Following the talks, the two will hold a joint news conference. Tuesday night, a state dinner will be held to honor Hollande. The dinner will feature aged rib-eye beef, American wine and a musical performance by Mary J. Blige.
