Robin Thicke, Imagine Dragons, and Justin Timberlake were the big winners at the 2014 Billboard Awards. The annual show, a key showcase event for the music industry, honored Timberlake seven times. The singer, who is on tour in Europe, accepted the awards in taped speeches. SOUNDBITE: Justin Timberlake, singer, saying (English): "It's not a competition, but if it was, I won. And guess what? I'm OK with that." Thicke, who recently separated from his wife after ten years of marriage, addressed her in his acceptance speech. SOUNDBITE: Robin Thicke, singer, saying (English): "I'd like to thank my wife for her love and support, and for putting up with me all these years." Seventeen-year-old pop sensation Lorde, captured the awards for top new artist and top rock song. While veteran Jennifer Lopez was honored with the Icon Award for lifetime achievement. The night was punctuated with a computer-generated Michael Jackson - dancing and singing a newly released song.
