ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) President Barack Obama and the First family attended the U.S. Marine Corps Parade on Friday night (June 27) in Washington. Friday's event featured the U.S. Marine Band, also known as "The President's Own," performing just after sunset. The parade has been a summer time tradition in Washington for close to six decades. During the summer, the parade is held every Friday night at the Marine Barracks in southeast Washington. Before the parade, Obama, his wife, Michelle, and their 13-year-old daughter, Sasha, enjoyed a dinner date at the BLT Steak restaurant near the White House.
