Of course there are some who are a little shocked but a lot of them are really very positive about it and they take a lot of pictures and join in on the celebrations for German games here inside the German taxi." One such passinger is Marcel Schuff, who is not at all put off by the soccer-crazy driver. PASSENGER MARCEL SCHUFF, SAYING: "I think it's fantastic. It's a big attraction here in our region. I book it regularly and I got to know Marcel. With his craziness he really outdoes them all." Klingbiel has regularly decked out his wheels with German flags, scarves and figurines for tournaments such as the 2010 South Africa World Cup and various European championships. Tuesday marks a major battle between Germany and Brazil in the World Cup. Though even if Germany loses, the quirky cabbie says his ride will remain decorated until the end of the competition.
