One of D.C.'s most iconic buildings is getting a major makeover. Donald Trump broke ground on his new $200 million hotel that will transform the Old Post Office Building on Pennsylvania Avenue. SOUNDBITE: DONALD TRUMP, DEVELOPER, SAYING: "It's the most exciting location right between Congress and the White House." Trump was joined by his daughter and two sons for the groundbreaking ceremony. Local leaders were also on hand to celebrate the project's economic boost to the district. SOUNDBITE: DONALD TRUMP, DEVELOPER, SAYING: "It's going to produce many, many jobs both in construction and then a year and a half later in operating the hotel but I promise you this will be a truly great, not only hotel, but economic development project." The new luxury hotel is expected to open its doors in 2016 and feature 270 guest rooms.
