Former New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin reports to a federal prison in Texas to begin a 10-year sentence on corruption charges. He was accompanied by his wife, daughter, and sons and was seen hugging his family outside the minimum security prison. Nagin who is 58 was patted down by a corrections officer before he was escorted inside. The former Democratic mayor was convicted on 20 counts including bribery, conspiracy and money laundering... all tied to payments he received for granting city contracts during recovery efforts following Hurricane Katrina. Nagin plans to appeal his conviction.
