Former Presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton announced a the "Presidential Leadership Scholars" program in Washington on Monday (September 8). The partnership is among four presidential libraries: Those of George W. Bush, his father George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and Lyndon Johnson. Funds raised for the program will go to students pursuing political studies -- particularly those learning about presidential history.
