He's signed on a prominent fundraiser, Anna Rogers, and is planning trips to early voting states. ... something that he's deliberated in recent interviews: (SOUNDBITE) (English) U.S. SENATOR, MARCO RUBIO, SAYING: "I'm confident we'll be able to put together a credible, well-financed campaign that has a real chance of winning." He'd be competing for Republican fundraising dollars with former Florida governor Jeb Bush, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee. But Rubio says his foreign policy experience would set him apart... The 43-year-old Cuban American was a fierce critic of President Obama's move last month to normalize relations with Cuba. (SOUNDBITE) (English) U.S. SENATOR, MARCO RUBIO, SAYING: "It is just another concession to a tyranny by the Obama administration rather than a defense of every universal and inalienable right that our country was founded on and stands for." Aides say Rubio will make his final decision in the coming weeks.
