Police in Bangkok investigate the scene of a double pipe bomb explosion outside a luxury mall Sunday night. No one was injured, and there was little damage but the two improvised explosive devices did raise tensions in the city which is already living under martial law. (SOUNDBITE) (Thai) NATIONAL POLICE CHIEF SOMYOT PUMPANMUANG SAYING: "From the location and material of the bombs, they were not designed to injure or kill anyone. They were designed for threatening and creating chaos." Police said the bombs were placed behind power transformers on an elevated walkway linking the overhead rail line to the upscale Siam Paragon mall. Army officials said this was the first bomb in the Thai capital since before last years coup which saw the military junta take control of the country.
