ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION). STORY: U.S. President Barack Obama meeting with Germany's Angela Merkel at the White House, said it was clear Russia had violated the previous ceasefire agreement in Ukraine. "With regard to Russia, and the separatists it supports in Ukraine, it is clear that they violated just about every agreement they made in the Minsk agreement," Obama told a news conference. He also signaled that the U.S. agreed with the German position that sanctions must remain in force against Russia -- signaling that if Moscow continues on its current course its isolation will worsen. He also said he has not made a decision on whether or not to supply arms to Ukraine.
