ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION). STORY: Children and teachers in North Korea marked the 65th anniversary of International Children's Day at a Pyongyang Orphanage on Monday. Video filmed by the North's state news agency KCNA, which could not be independently verified by Reuters, showed children performing with musical instruments and playing various games. KCNA said Yang Hyong Sop, Vice President of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly was among the North Korean officials who attended. International Children's Day is recognized by many governments around the world as a day to draw attention to children's issues.
