ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: UNHCR Special Envoy Angelina Jolie strolled into local shops in with her child Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt on Saturday (June 20) in Turkey's southeast province of Mardin. She is scheduled to visit a Syrian refugee camp and attend various events to mark 2015 World Refugee Day. Worldwide, an estimated 5.5 million people were forcibly uprooted during the first six months of last year, 1.4 million of them fleeing abroad, the UNHCR said. Some 85,000 Syrians have found sanctuary at Zaatari refugee camp, located 15 kms (10 miles) from Jordan's border with Syria. An estimated 3.8 million people have fled Syria since the uprising against President Bashar al-Assad began in 2011. The four-year war has killed more than 220,000 people and injured more than one million.
