ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. Secretary of Defense Ash Carter visited the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe in Berlin on Monday (June 22) at the start of a visit to the German capital. Carter was first taken around the exhibition inside the museum where photographs and stories are displayed about the Jews who died during the Holocaust. He later visited the memorial, also known as the Holocaust Memorial, and laid a wreath outside. Carter is on a week-long visit to Europe where he'll be meeting his counterparts and is due to discuss Russia, Ukraine and Iraq.
