ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)
STORY: Former U.S. President George W. Bush enjoyed a light moment at the Warren Easton Charter School in New Orleans, Friday, prior to speaking at a memorial event for the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. The former president was seen in the school's courtyard dancing, as a student marching band played.
Floodwaters generated by the storm inundated the city of New Orleans in 2005. More than 1800 people were killed due the storm, which also devastated the Gulf Coast.
New Orleans is hosting a variety of events for the anniversary, both to remember the city's losses, and celebrate its recovery.
