Almost two dozen migrants and refugees arrive in Portugal Saturday as part of a relocation agreement. They come from Syria, Eritrea and Sudan. Portugal's Minister for Culture, Equality and Citizenship Teresa Morais strikes an optimistic note. (SOUNDBITE) (English) MINISTER FOR CULTURE, EQUALITY AND CITIZENSHIP, TERESA MORAIS, SAYING: "I'm sure that it is going to be a successful integration in the Portuguese community as we wish and we are really happy to receive them here." The group's arrival was co-ordinated with U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees in Egypt before the current migration crisis in Europe. Earlier this year Portugal said it would welcome some 4700 refugees, which are already in Europe, mainly in Greece and Italy.
