ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz makes a joke about abolishing the IRS and sending their agents down to the southern border, saying if the first thing migrants see is 90,000 IRS agents "you'd turn around and go home too." Speaking at the Republican Party's Sunshine Summit in Orlando, Florida, Cruz brought up tax reform and the need to fight illegal immigration. Illegal immigration is one of the biggest flashpoints in the fight to win the Republican nomination for the presidential election in November 2016. Cruz spoke along with a number of other candidates, including Florida Senator Marco Rubio, Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham and former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee.
