ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush on Thursday filed for the primary in New Hampshire. After signing the papers, Bush spoke to reporters about the fight against Islamic State. "Here's what I do know. I do know the United States has to lead. We can't do this from behind as the president has suggested. We can't do it as Hillary Clinton has suggested... that it isn't our fight. It is our fight. It's a fight for Western civilization. It's a fight for the freedom and values that allows us to have a process where I get to show and file papers for the president of the United States, the greatest country in the face of the Earth," said Bush. On Wednesday, Bush said more U.S. ground forces will be needed in Iraq in the wake of the Paris attacks. Islamic State claimed credit for the attacks in Paris that claimed 129 people.
