ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION). Argentina's new president Mauricio Macri swore in the 20 incoming ministers of his government's cabinet on Thursday. One by one, Macri swore each member in before an audience at the Bicentenario Museum in Buenos Aires, the same location where outgoing president Cristina Fernandez swore in her cabinet in 2001. Some of the officials sworn in on Thursday have worked alongside Macri in the past. Others are in a process of transition from the last government's administration to this one. Ministers included (in order of appearance) Cabinet Chief Marcos Peña, Interior Minister Rogelio Frigerio, Foreign Minister Susana Malcorra and Finance Minister Alfonso Prat Gay, Macri has promised to end the previous Peronist government's interventionist policies and open up Latin America's third largest economy to spur growth.
