ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) At his year-end news conference, President Barack Obama praised House Speaker Paul Ryan for negotiating a budget in an 'orderly way.' Obama says the two still have fundamentally different visions on some issues, but said, "He has been professional, he has reached out to tell me what he can do and what he cannot do. I think it's a good working relationship." Obama went on to say the budget deal gives him optimism that his administration will be able to get more work done with Congress next year.
