ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: U.S. Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush called Russian President Vladimir Putin "a bully" in an interview on a Sunday (December 20) news talk show. Bush said the Russian leader is "not our ally" during an appearance on CBS' Face the Nation. Florida Senator Marco Rubio, who also appeared on the program, echoed those sentiments.
