ROUGH CUT (no reporter narration) STORY: Speaking at the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, told a panel that Islamic State's online recruitment strategy could be fought with "counterspeech". "The best things to speak against recruitment by ISIS are the voices of people who were recruited by ISIS, understand what the true experience is, have escaped and come back to tell the truth.', she said. "Connectivity, data is too important to keep it only to the world's rich. There are four billion people in the world who don't have access. And when they they get access, they are more highly educated, they have more job opportunities, they have longer, healthier and more productive lives."
