ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Boosting cyber security is a top priority for U.S. President Barack Obama in his last year in office. Obama met with his national security team at the White House on Tuesday to discuss new actions to enhance the nation's fight against cyber crimes. Obama's budget proposal for the 2017 fiscal year seeks $19 billion for cyber security across the U.S. government, an increase of more than a third over this year, according to senior administration officials.
