ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz says Americans could risk losing their fundamental constitutional rights with the vacancy left by the late conservative Justice Antonin Scalia. Speaking at a campaign event in Greenville, South Carolina ahead of the state's primary, Cruz said the current "activist Supreme Court" is "out of control." He went on to say "we are one justice away from a five justice left-wing majority the likes of which this country has never seen before... We're not far from the court ordering the chisels to come out to remove the crosses and Stars of David from the tombstones of our fallen soldiers."
