ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: President Barack Obama reiterates his "mission to destroy ISIL" and says "this campaign at this stage is firing on all cylinders." "So far we've taken out more than 120 top ISIL leaders and commanders and our message is clear -- if you target America and our allies you will not be safe. You will never be safe," said Obama on Tuesday (June 14) following a meeting with his National Security Council. Obama said on Monday there was no clear evidence that the shooter in Sunday's massacre in Orlando, Florida, was directed by a larger terrorist network. But the president said he was concerned that the response to the massacre would turn into a debate over whether to toughen gun laws or pursue extremist groups like Islamic State.
