Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake kicks off the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake kicked off the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia on Monday (July 25), replacing the now former Democratic National Committee chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz who was originally supposed to open up the convention. Wasserman Schultz resigned as the DNC head on Sunday after some 19,000 DNC emails were leaked by the WikiLeaks website which showed the party establishment working to undermine U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders in his campaign against rival Hillary Clinton.
