ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Republican vice presidential candidate Gov. Mike Pence said the media is so "Busy parsing every word that Donald Trump said in the last 30 minutes they apparently don't have time to talk about what the Clintons have been doing for the last 30 years." At a campaign event in Henderson Nevada he also said that while he watched her speech when she accepted the nomination to become the Democratic presidential candidate, "I had as hard a time staying awake as her husband did." He said Clinton spoke about , "More than a trillion dollars in new spending, more of the war on coal, more of the same old same old, that's why it is hard to follow, there is nothing new there." Clinton has a 6-percentage-point lead over Trump, according to a Reuters/Ipsos tracking poll released on Tuesday.
