A Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton billboard in Austin, Texas offers residents help to sell their home if the ballot box makes them want to get out of town. Roselle Chen reports.
A billboard in Austin, Texas has attracted a lot of attention with a picture of Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton alongside the question: "Leaving the country after the election? We can sell your home." Real estate agent Christopher Watters says he came up with the idea after reading on social media that people were going to flee the U.S. if their candidate didn't win. It's been pretty popular since he put the billboard up two weeks ago. SOUNDBITE: Christopher Watters, real estate agent, saying (English): "Almost every single day, at about 8:00 in the morning, when everybody is sitting on I-35, we will get about 3 or 4 phone calls and people are calling and saying I don't have a house to sell, yet, but when I do I'm going to give you a call because this makes me laugh every single morning on my way into work." And it's a view echoed on the street: SOUNDBITE: Woman on street, saying (English): "Ha ha, that's funny." The U.S. presidential election takes place Nov. 8. After that, Watters is hoping people will make good on their word.
